Subject: Buying a chromatic

Well, all of this talk has finally motivated me to look into buying my
first chromatic harp.

What is the BEST chromatic harp that can be bought for the LEAST
amount of money? I don't want a good price if it is a piece of crap,
but I also don't want to pay through the nose for the best there is.

I'm a student, trying to work my way through college (as I am sure
several others on the list are as well), so my budget is EXTREMELY
limited.

Is there any chromatic harps worth getting for the price range of
$40 - $60 ?

I usually have to save my money for SEVERAL months to buy a new, cheap
DIATONIC (I saved for 5 months to get my new Lee Oskar). So, needless
to say, my quiver of harps is somewhat lacking, but I would still like
to find a good Chromatic.

Thanks,

Chris
