The harp player in the blues band I play in (I play keyboards
and some harp when he's not around) is great and I'm pretty sure
that he never practices. We play at least once a week, though.
Then again, he's been playing for 20 years and took lessons
from some great players, including Sonny Terry, so I'm sure he's
put his time in. Me, I play in my car daily and occasionally
at gigs.
