I heard Mike Turk on the instrucional disc that comes with "Jazz Harp". He
was on a Richard Johnson (I think) song called "Old Man Adams". Apparently
he had only just moved from diatonic to chrom but he seemed to have it
well sussed. There is an album listed for him in the book (either "Plum
Island" on Fretless or v.v). Plays a lot around the Boston area (or did
in 1980 when the book was published).
