Guys:

The only other terms, apart from "Tin Sandwich", "Mississippi
Saxophone" and "Pocket Piano" which will be familiar to all on the
list, I should think, that I can call to mind right now (2 in the
a.m.) are "Gob Iron" (London and Essex mainly - "Gob" being London
(originally) slang for "mouth") and "Moothie" (Scotland) - there must
be more.
