Subject: Harp repairs.

Dear Harpers,

I looked at the repair kit from Lee Oskar and that looked fine for
tools, but where do I get new spare reeds? How about an instruction
booklet? Is Schackner's any good?

I also have a new A harp now which has a 3 blow reed which doesn't
respond very well. It sometimes won't sound at all if I blow hard. I
think its offset needs to be increased but how do I do this?
