Subject: Blues scale

Here's what I think (?) is the basis of the blues scale.
You can play the notes in the scale along with
the entire 1-4-5 progression (no piano here to verify,
but I think that's right) and sound good (assuming
you are rhythmically creative).

Dirty Ned (unschooled in theory, but getting an education
on harp-l)

BTW, Mike Curtis is a damn good harp player. Maybe he just
wanted to see Mike Curtis in the same sentence as Howard
Levy. (hey, there it is again 8)
