Subject: Act of Being Free

Richard Hunter,
I really admire the music and the playing on the The Act of Being Free in One
Act. I suspected that solo harp would be boring, but not at all. The music sounds
classical in places and expresses emotions and moods you never hear the harp
express. At times the harp has the sensitivity and caring of a violin. Other times
it's as freewheeling and bluesy as a...harmonica. The tone is beautiful with not a
hint of breath or mouth noise. It seems effortless. I set my 7 month year old in
front on the speakers and she was intrigued too (at least for awhile.) In addition
to the excellent playing, I've got to compliment you on your compositions and
arrangements. They go from movement to movement, expressing a variety of
themes and emotions, just like a good story. Congratulations for such a
wonderful project. I hope it gets the recognition it deserves...which is a lot. Jon
