Subject: Another Position Table

Okay, here's a table showing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd position for all 12 keys. The
"Set" indication shows 4-harmonica sets that cover all 12 keys, if you play in
1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions.

1st 2nd 3rd
Position Position Position Set
A E B 1
Bb F C 2
B F# C#/Db 3
C G D 1
Db Ab Eb 2
D A E 3
Eb Bb F 1
E B F# 2
F C G 3
F# C#/Db Ab 1
G D A 2
Ab Db Bb 3

These sets of harmonica keys are:
1) A, C, Eb, and F#
2) Bb, Db, E, and G
3) B, D, F, and Ab

In other words, these are the minimum diatonic harmonica sets needed to cover all
12 keys only using the 3 most common playing positions.

This deserves a big yawn and so what. But, since I figured it out I thought I'd
share...
