The best wayu i know of to fight feedback at high volume is to keep: a. a note playing strongly at all times b. one finger on the volume knob/pedal/kill switch to turn down the mic during quiet parts. As long as your harmonica's sound overpowers the feedback freq., you will be ok. I like to play loud. Another way to fight feedback is to use a mic with a really tight pickup pattern such as an EV n-dym 457 or a Shure beta 58. You can still get a good tone out of them if you cup it tight. HJ --
