Subject: A harp tab archive?

Hello fellows,

I'm a begginer in harp playing (as some of you might know from my last
-and 1st- post) and, as i did when i started seriously playing the guitar,
searched around for tabs to get on playing. Found almost nothing. Many of
you might have heard about the Nevada guitar archive, a great source of
information for guitar players (thanx to it i'm hooked into guitar playing
forever). So last night i had this thought: well, there isn't a harp tab
archive, right? So let's create one! There must be many veterans here with
many songs tabbed out or that could be tabbed out in a matter of minutes.
It's just a matter of getting them toghether and making them available to
the people!

So i had two basic ideas of how to do it:

1. A space to be provided here at garply.com, for an ftp site or even
a web archive, all sorted by artist and name, like in Nevada.

2. All of you post your tabs to your respective homepages, or to
friends' homepages. Then an index web page would be created (i could this at
my web page, since it has almost no content) with all the tabs around the
net sorted, like in #1, with direct links to them. So one would access the
index page and them just click on the desired song to get to it directly.

For this to be done, we would just have to stablish a common notation
method, that would include all of the techniques used whitout too much
trouble; maybe include lyrics and chords for the songs; and tab them all!

So, what do you guys think? It could be done? Let's do it?

Hoping to hear back from you...
