Subject: 7591A purchase advice

A pair of rare tubes (Sylvania 7591A) for my Ampeg is available by internet
purchase at a good price. Anyone have suggestions/warnings about avoiding
getting ripped off? (I know about rumored Russian production of 7591A's)
