Harmonica players I've met fall into three groups so far;

1) Those who prefer wood harps like Marine Bands etc.

2) Those who prefer plastic ones like Hohner Pro-Harps

3) Those who say you should soak your harmonica overnight in a glass of
water.

Those from the third group I try to ignore, but why do some prefer wood and
others prefer plastic?
