As far as I know Hohner has no plans to make a 4-octave version of CX-12. Several people have approached Hohner in the past. Recently, I met an amazing harmonica player/repairer and tuner/builder/designer who built a 4-octave CX-16. It's looks and works exactly like CX-12, except that it has four octaves. This guy has also built a CX-14, which is the CX version of the Meisterkase 14-hole. If you are interested you can contact Siegfried Naruhn.
