This Harp-L just keeps getting bigger and better, while the world is fast shrinking - we just had Steve Jennings (England) reappear, and now I note Paul Farmer (Australia) has added his input to the list, in response to a post by Charles Deering. (Did I miss an earlier post from Paul, or has he just been lurking without saying anything for some time? Reminds me of the 5-year old kid who spoke his first words to his parents' amazement. When questioned, he replied, "Up until now everything's been OK!") Of course we have had members from around the world for a long time, but it always amazes me when I stop to think about it - so many old and new friends within easy and *immediate* reach.
Do not let Paul's quiet and unassuming manner mislead you - he is brilliant.
