A word of warning. There is a problem with artificial warming of harps. You are applying DRY heat. This will do a couple of thing which are not necessarily a "good thing"
Dry heat can assist cracking of wooden bodied instruments. Dry heat can cause the flaps to actually curl. On the more modern pentium computers ther is a lot of heat coming out the back. Take care.
I think, but haven't proven' that the mechanism which stops flaps buzzing is the deposition of condensation on the flap and plate, not the temperature.
Mind you, in Tallahassee the humidity may be so high that the harps end up dripping after a session on the machinery.
Some flaps are twisted and that is why they buzz, best change for a new one. Most buzz because the two layers are partly stuck together, moist blowing will usually free this situation (takes about 2-3 mins at the most. more than that, change the valve)
