In 1992 I had to undergo a jawbone operation and one year later they
removed the screws (6 x 2 cm size and 20 x 0.5 cm size and two metal
plates). After both operations my face looked like a melone, things
in my mouth totally changed. Even today there is a lack of feel in
the left part of my lower lip, but I have re-learned to play, my harp
playing even has improved. So just give things it's time: There is more
than a ray of hope!
