It's in the Kevin's catalogue which I assume most people have. A picture
being worth a 1,000 words. The description is as follows, shield to ground lug
jumpered to pin 1, pin 3 to red or white wire. This also applys to the
XLR version of the JT-30. A stern lecture about impredance requirements
is also included in this memo I got from CTI's chief engineer. They
admit a small effect on low end with the stock 500k pot and tell you to
try a 5 meg one if you want to void your warranty. Funny guys those
engineers. Here's how to fix but don't cry to us if you break it.
