I haven't been able to find the "sound" I'm looking for yet... I prefer
to play acoustically most of the time because I have such freedom and
control with my hands that I can't seem to get when I'm holding a mic.
The amp I've got now doesn't have an "overdrive" circuit. Just Volume,
Bass, Mid, Treble (And a couple Vibrato knobs)
I generally turn the Treble almost all the way down, the Bass almost all
the way up and the Mid about halfway.... The Volume I set somewhere
between 8 - 10 and adjust my mic volume-knob as needed.
