Subject: Accreditation

I'm sick of having just anyone able to say their piece on harp-l, what
about some sort of accreditation process before people are allowed to
mouth off? For that matter, shouldn't there be some sort of universal
test that all harp players be required to pass before they are allowed to
play live music -- I sure wouldn't want someone else to give the rest of
us a bad name!
