I hold the harp between left thumb and index finger, wrap my right hand
fingers around the tips of the left hand fingers, and cup the mic in the
back of my hands. If you're getting cramps, it suggests to me that:

1. You might be cupping too tightly and need to find that "right" mixture
of "tight" and "relaxed"; and/or

2. Your hand muscles may need a workout. Try doing warmup exercises,
stretches, using a hand exerciser, etc.; and/or;

3. Your hands may be a little small for the Bullet.
