The D-104 "lollipop" is either crystal or ceramic. Unless it's the preamp'd model (tu-g), it will sound thin unless running into at least a megohm input impedance.
But physically, it's not well suited for harp. The mic element is quite round, and likely will be difficult to cup. Also, the stand will likely be bulky and cumbersome. You could detach the head, but then you'd lose the preamp, which is mounted in the base.
Having said all that, I recommend you try it out (assuming you already own it of course) and see what YOU think of the sound. It's a great looking mic (looks like a very large chrome lollipop).
