I have one too but the coincidence is that I have not yet used it
because of my "superstition" that only the old batterred Huang Star
Performer in F will do!! I bought this 3 years ago harp in a music shop
oddments sale for 1 UK pound and it never fails to sound great on
"Everybody Needs Somebody". That swoop unto the Am bit makes the hair on
the back of my neck tingle. Actually, I think it is the high tinny
sound of the Huang which works so well (someone told me it is tuned
"slightly off" of the standard Lee Oskar tuning) so I do not think the
low F would be a proper substitute!

I have not yet come across the set of 12 here in the U.K. but I bought a
G Star Performer the other day and the shop owner couldn't find a price
for it so I got it for 5 UKP (Lee Oskars over here ar~19 UKP).
Pretty good price for what is one of the best harps about with,
probably, the most "character". The Huang must be the best kept secret
in the Harp world!
