Hi! Does anybody know if the Lee Oskar replaceable reed plates fits into an old (about 5 years) LO harp? If they do fit - can I mount new reedplates in the key of A on the comb from a harp in another key? Are the covers and combs the same or do they change with the length of reeds or something?
FYI I can tell a new LO harp in Sweden is about 230 swedish crowns - nearly 33 US dollars... Replaceable reed plates are about 140 SEK - 20 bucks... Since I need to get a new A harp pretty fast - next gig in a couple of days - I'm not able to try ordering from the US this time, but if shipping costs won't make it even more expensive than shopping at the local store I'll do that in the future.
