As far as I know, technicaly speaking, ideas are copyrightable, but
how do you prove who had the idea when and, in connection with your
insident, who triggered the idea. I'm afraid the law cannot possibly
(IMO) cover this topic to everyones (or, indeed, anyones) total
satisfaction.
This suggests that this is going to be a very long, heated debate
with very little reference to the harmonica, and various people treading
on each others beliefs/opinions as regards the internet as a forum for
'FREE' speach. Therefore I would suggest that it goes to Hugh before any
of us carry on (which I, for one, would most certainly like to do).
