On Saturday, September 14th NYC Blues Harmonica Club will be sponsoring a Harmonica Workshop hosted by Adam Gussow. Topics to be covered include: Jam Session Edicate, Tuning Reeds, Amplification, Street Playing, Pulling Licks from Records, and Overblows.
Location: Randells Studio Room 503 153 West 27th St (between 6th and 7th ave) New York City
Time: 1:00 to 4:00pm (or burn out) Saturday September 14th, 1996
Cost: $40

Adam is best known for his work with the duo Satan and Adam but has toured and played with Bo Diddley, Jimmy Spruil, and Jimmy the Preacher. Adam has also taught at the New School in NYC from 1986-1991 and is a coumnist for Blues Access Magazine. Though the workshop will be geared towards intermediate players, all levels are encouraged to attend. Space is limited so call early.
