Never having had a lucrative day job but owning a complete set of
natural minors I can only say that personal finances and the choices we
make with our oftentimes limited resources are just that, personal.
Never one to advocate the starvation of young children just so that
alternate tunings can be afforded I can only say that any harmonica
purchase should be heavily weighed against available resources and
financial obligations of a less discretionary nature. I remember the
time I jumped out of car I had gotten a ride in leaving behind a set of 9
harmonicas. It was over a year before I had the wherewithall to replace
just one. fjm
