It's often recommended here for harp as a practically indestructible mic
that doubles well for vocals and harp.

This weekend I went to hear Sarasota Slim, a decent guitarist/vocalist/
harper fronting a very loud blues band from down mid-south Florida way
who appeared to me to be playing harp through an SM-57 to very nice
effect. The vocal mic he had on the stand looked more like the 58 to
me, but he only sang through that.

He ran it into the amp, BTW, not the PA.

It reminded me that night of a blues jam... it just got louder and louder
and eventually the keyboards got lost. Too bad. Chilled the mix.
