Here's what I have gleened from Norton Buffallo's instructional video called Norton's "bag of tricks". He says that "whenever I get a large channel of air from drawing in a great volume, I just let it out. Huh your saying. Well I think you really have to loosen up your mouth and place your lips ever soooooo gently on the harp as to create a flapping noise and kindof let the amplification do the rest. You should hear Norton Buffallo do this. He is a real master! Charlie Musselwhite is one of my favorites also. He is playing all over theU.S. until November but I don't know after that(check the harp-l gig list). If you haven't already purchased "Ace of Harps" please do so. I practice to "The Blues Overtook Me" all the time. What fun, huh! I hope this helps a little. Sincerely John User3434~ol.com
