Thanks mic'l ...
Your report from the big West coast harp bash (you lucky dog) was a cool
thing to find on the email today...Mark Hummel, Paul deLay, Rod's amps & mics
...Vibratos of the Stars...great stuff, and lots of it.
If you find the wood bullet mic guy, please do post it here. Great for him,
great for us.
The idea of making your own microphone shell is inspiring. Who knows better
what you need to be comfortable and at your best?
Hmm...sorta gets you thinking about different materials and shapes. Have
there been discussions here about the relative tonal effect of the mic
casing, (depth, shape, density etc.)
I think I know what to do now with this chunk of walnut someone gave me
awhile back. Then again, there's this seashell I picked up in the Bahamas...

Thanks again, Michael
