Are you implying that fjm should have suggested (head)cutting Louie in half
if he wouldn't be reasonable?

There is something to be said for imparting wisdom to other players. It is
the rare moment, however,m when the suggestions are taken as anything but a
put down. You must be at the peak of tact and diplomacy in order to put
them in the mood to hear the criticism. As Joe F. told me after I had hurt
someone's feelings by being too blunt-" Spend 10 minutes telling them what
you liked before telling what you think could improve." IOW sugar coat it.
