Subject: blues tools rack update

I tried turning taking off the triangular pieces of metal to flip
them over so that I could get the angle I need on the headpiece, but he
must have glued one of the allen screws in because I stripped it trying
to get it out. Then I took a small rat tail file I sometimes use to
abuse reeds (to make them split and crack in weird ways) and filed a
couple of holes not intended to be used the way I'm using them and what I
have much better but not quite perfect. Even so, I now see that there
can be no perfect solution with a rack, unless I don't sing and set the
harp so that I can play perfectly comfortably, but bump my chin when when
I sing. It's either that or set it so that I can sing okay and then
telescope my face, as on a spring, toward the harmonica. That's not
quite as comfortable, but given the choice of only alienating people with
my singing, alienating people with my playing, I get a compromise of both
and sing occasionally bumping my chin, and play with the angle not quite
right, but almost. But at least that way I alienate everyone, while
banging away on my guitar. I'm currently following the California
example and working on getting the cymbols between my knees, the bass
pedals on my left foot, and kick drum on my right foot. A little duck
tape for the kazoo and I'll be rolling.
