Maurice Vint, better known as Mo Vint, is one of our own on Harp-L - send him email at: MoVi~ol.com
Mo has been working as a single for the last several years, mainly in the Southeast U.S., based out of Myrtle Beach, SC. However, his home base is still in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. He has made a number of excellent tapes - check him out.
Lead player of The Three Reeds, Bob Higgins, lives in the Moncton, NB area of Canada, and attended the recent SPAH Convention in St Louis, MO.
Harry Cooper, bass player, retired from playing harmonica when the group disbanded after the death of Bernie Bray of Toronto, Ontario, in 1981. (Bernie was the 4th member of the group, thus the name simply The Reeds.) Harry lives in the Mansfield, Ontario area.

Though I didn't catch the show in question, I'm guessing it was more than likely John Juke Logan of N Hollywood, CA, as he has done the theme music since the show first aired. He also does the Home Improvement show, and has made on-camera appearances on both shows in the past. Definitely not a "pretend person", John is a great player. He is listed in the weekly Artist Itinerary on Harp-L, as is also Mo Vint.
