Mark -

There is no switch on the GB (as you indicate). Many of the folks on the
list are very capable electricians, and they will probably tell you how to
add one. I myself am not one of these people. (I am pretty much a drooling
idiot.) SO...

What I used to do when I used a GB (I don't any longer): I bought a simple
"A/B box" (<$50), and plugged the GB into one side and NOTHING into the
other side. That way, I could hit the footswitch to "turn it off." (Ok,
yeah, it doesn't REALLY turn it off, it just switches to the *empty* A/B
input. But it has the same effect!)
