No no no no ...

For uploading sounds, the (Netscape style) URL is:

ftp://ha~oo.garply.com/web/docs/harp-l/sounds

... which needs the passwd. Just to browse the sounds does NOT need a
passwd, and is at:

http://www.garply.com/harp-l/sounds

The two URL's are necessary because http (the "web") does not yet feature
built in file uploading in any portable or standard way. So we have to
use the ftp protocol to upload stuff, which needs a user name (harp) and
password (Hohner's first name with a capital M mis-spooled with only one
t).
