After reading a few threads on breathing and realizing
that my breath (especially on blow notes) didn't last as
long as I thought it should I started doing some experimenting
on breathing. It seems to me that chords are a bit fuller if
you let air leak thru your nose. Since I play mostly cross
harp I have gotten to the point where I let air out thru my
nose on blow notes and chords, making it easier to do a lifelong
train immitation.

When bending notes it seems that sealing the nose gives
better control, but I'd like to hear from you experts out
there.

Keep cool,

Dirty Ned
