Subject: Re: breathing (again, again)

I see that I've rather shot off my mouth without thinking very
hard about what I was saying. Therefore let me say the following:

I'm certain that Mike Curtis meant no disrespect to Jon Gindick
in his assessment of Jon's teaching materials and the techniques he
suggests and employs. I disagree with Mike and I agree with Jon about
the ultimate value of letting air in through the nose for beginners who
have difficulty with 2 draw. I think that is a valuable method for
beginners to learn with, but I shouldn't have been so obnoxious in my
comments to Mike about his disagreement.

Also, I am certain that Mike has never made unreasonable claims
about the use of windsavers on his harmonica. I didn't mean to imply
that he had.
