I wish folks wouldn't refer to Hugh that way. If he were
arbitrary, capricious, in love with his power, self-aggrandizing, or any
other negative thing, calling him this might be a friendly way to get
him to chill. But I don't think he is any of those things and so I hope
people will refrain from this one. I suppose we could call him Comrade
Chairman or something, something about this one really bugs me. Don't
want to put anyone on the spot, but please.
