Subject: RE: RE: Re: Hugh's moniker

one thing to add to the word "Fuehrer". It is a regularly expression of the
geman milatary actually and for the former Bundesrepublik Deutschland since
the Bundeswehr was build up . "Fuehrer" is even a german military principle
of the german army, it can be seen in combined military expressions like
"Zugfuehrer , Gruppenfuehrer, Truppfuehrer, Kompaniefuehrer " and many others
which are more than well accepted , even respected in german military scene in
the german army ... my experince in 1987 , when i was asoldier for 15 months, was;
"don't use the word "fuehrer" in that ironic way, like it is done in german society,
in the world of german milatary it is still part of the soldiersphilosophy but also
the principles of "buerger in uniform" - but the word "Fuehrer" is definetly an
integral part of geman military self-understanding, because of tradition of the former
rechswehr ... and if you are kidding and joking on that word next to your seargent
you'll be punished (like i was) ...
well, it is both meanig in german society , the ironic menaing in society and the milatary
meaning ... maybe siegfried was a little too old for the bundeswehr.
i am not happy with that word for the bundeswehr , but there is no other better one for
the army.
