Somebody (I've lost the mail and forgotten who) asked for the index at the top of each digest to include the senders name as well as the subject.
I had to hack on the digest code in majordomo anyway (to fix a bug which truncated digests if one of the subject lines was a single dot (.) - anyone with sendmail knowledge can guess what that caused, a line with a single dot by itself being an EOF ...).
Anyway. While I was in there, I added the code to put the senders email address in parens after the subject in the TOC (table of contents).
Whoever it was asked for this - have a look, see if that's how you wanted it.
