Does the buzzing stop when you remove the cover plates? If so, then try the
deeper covers as others have suggested. If you have any Hohner MS covers,
they can be pursuaded to fit a LO comb and give a little more cearance for
the 1 draw reed. In fact, it is possible to reshape the lower cover plate to
give even more clearance, but this is a job for your favorite repairperson
(my ads get more and more subtle all the time...!).

If removing the cover makes no difference, then it is something obstructing
the reed. Try re-centering the reed in the slot, hold it up to the light to
see if you can see anything on the edge of the reed - generally wiggle the
thing about and see if you can get it to work. If all else fails, replace
the reed.
