First try with cutting the treble to 0, middle to 2 and bass to full. Cut the reverb while testing to see if it matters. Use the NORMAL channel, and set the master volume to 3, set the "normal" volume to a point just below the point where you get feedback. The pot meter on the mic may be set to 8-10. Try cupping the mic as tighly as possible and blow. Try different settings until you get a sound you like, but the general idea is to cut treble and middle and cup the mic, sometimes it matters where you stand relatively to the amp - but IMHO I think those amps just don't cut it. If the volume's still too low think you may have to mic it. Good luck !
