re: Blues Blaster service
The Hohner Blues Blaster microphone, manufactured by Astatic, is covered by a
two year limited warranty from CTI Audio. Their address is:

CTI Audio
Service Dep't
Harbor & Jackson Streets
Conneaut, OH 44030

They request that the microphones be sent directly to them, return
transportation charges prepaid.

re: Country tuning
Tuning the 9 draw note sharp for Country Tuning would duplicate the 9 blow bent
note (Major 7th in crossed position) while eliminating the flatted 7th of the
regular 9 draw note. Down at hole 5 the raised draw note can be bent back down
to the regular, flatted 7th, but not so at hole 9. I personally tune my 9 draw
notes up as well as the 5 draw because I regularly play in octaves and, anyway,
most of the tunes I play with this tuning don't require a flat 7th. Most
players, however, seem to prefer the Country Tuning with only the 5 draw raised.
