Subject: Whammer Jammer

Hi, members. What I'm having trouble with is the high end blow
bends. I did by the way consult the archives about this also. But
specifically does my Lee Oskar "A" 9-blow and 10-blow reeds need to be
tweaked in order to hit these bends because they don't seem to respond at the
proper time or (maybe more likely) is he going so fast that one can't hit
these bends that fast. I have tweaked these reeds myself(that is opened them
up just a little) to make them more responsive but still no go. Or is saliva
the problem. Incidently God how I love that note, chording combination right
after the guy says "Whammer Jammer Dickie let me hear ya". I could play that
all day long without tiring of it.
Thanks for any input. Jac122~ol.com (formerly
