As a bunch of folk are still signing up for accounts every day, I'll be extending the deadline for rebuilding the harp-l subscription lists for a week.
[For those of you who have just tuned in, or have been asleep for the last 3 months: the harp-l and harp-l-digest subscription lists have a lot of "dead" addresses which waste an awful lot of resources at the garply.com end. Very soon I will be rebuilding these subscription lists from the new harp-l-web account database.]
