Subject: Suzuki Repair Policies?

About the only chromatic I never hear mentioned here is the Suzuki
Leghorn. Well, in spite of that... and on the recommendation of one of
the harp shops that is regularly mentioned here... I bought one. I love
the tone... hate the round holes... like the shape.

Anyhow... the valves flutter... 4C is a half tone flat... just a bunch
of niggling stuff. I have cleaned it, but don't think I should have to
do more than that to a new harp without giving the manufacturer a chance
to look at their own quality control.

Can anyone tell me if Suzuki is "good" at performing this kind of
service and what kind of response I might expect if I send the chrom
back to them?

Whit

P.S. Try "Take 5" on a Hohner Echo or other tremolo harp... pretty and
haunting if you slow it down about a half a beat.
