A... flat cap is for Northerners of the lower classes.. the silk Topper
is 'de trop' for external rides
B... being efficient, the thermonuclear doomsday Renaissance would be
going in sideways in order to run it in (see various posts on the
altogether tame way of doing this by hanging a harp out of an auto window.)
