Hey, how about "Digital Pitch Shifter"?! (Nah, I guess that term's been taken)
Talking of which (additional harp content), last night I played some scales in G, D, F and Bb, and whatever you choose to call that "Little Pushy Thingy," I was shocked at how awkward I was at using it, and how incompetent I am on chro outside of C and (pardon me) third-position blues in Dm. I became that much more impressed with you who play chromatic chromatically (or IronMan's dia-chromatic playing). It reinforced, at least for me, the need for a more structured, almost academic, approach (which for me includes scales and reading music) to learning to play all-keys chro than I use in learning diatonic blues harp. This won't be the approach for everyone, but I think it's the right one for me.
