I'm not familiar with the Korg, but as regards ALL tuners, they're based
on a quartz crystal, which even in its absolute worst configuration is
more accurate than the ear. The most flaw-prone part of quartz tuners is
the meter. If damaged or out of calibration, it can be a problem.

Suggestions:

1. Check the tuner using your harp. Make sure it responds to your
harmonica and technique.

2. Check several different tuners and make sure the one you want pretty
much agrees with the others.

You'll probably be quite happy with the tuner. Korg is a reputable
manufacturer.
