take a look at Seiko ST-747.
All new, LCD VU-Meter, pitch (A440) set-up,
auto/manual note set-up, in/out jack + built-in mic,
for quite half the price of the cheapest chromatic tuner, or for the price of a guitar
tuner
(here in paris).
