The "Hohner-Sax" was one of a line of instruments call "blow accordions".
Set up like the German or Cajun style diatonic accordions, they had 10 keys
for the right hand (melody), and 2 for the left (bass/chord, tonic push,
dominant pull). Very easy for either diatonic accordion players or
harmonica players to pick up and fun to play. Reeds set in with wax,
valved with leather. Wax will probably need replacing and valves replacing
or refurbishing.
